In colloboration with Campo Viejo
Autumn is the time of year when typically things begin to slow down from the busy summer period, it’s an opportunity to takes things a little slower, relax a little more and stay in and cosy up with loved ones. It is also the perfect time to host a little gathering with friends, whether its for Halloween, Bonfire Night or just a random Sunday catchup with some old pals. I’ve reached an age now where I’ve realised you don’t always need a specific occasion to enjoy time with friends and that texting round on a whataspp group to see if anyone is free for some girl time is also perfectly A-OK. In light of that I decided to share with you the perfect, easy recipe that I made when a group of my lovely girls came round for a catch up and natter a couple of weeks ago over the Halloween weekend. It’s an autumnal inspired classic drink, with a twist on the traditional red Sangria, which instead uses Campo Viejo sparkling Cava in place of red wine. So when you finally can get a bunch of your friends in a room you will be able to enjoy something that not only looks a little special but also tastes it.
