Life gets in the way.

Outfit posts have been pretty vacant on here, mainly because in all honesty I have pretty much lived in leggings, baggy tees and PJ's, moving house is not glam and finding the time to look nice as well as get shit done just wasn't possible for me. Although we are finally moved, we're not really unpacked and I still have a lot of decoration to do to make the house feel more like our home, but in the mean time I am trying to get into a normal routine of  blog work and seeing friends. Having a break away from house stuff was just what I needed when I went to Curvy Kate's blog event last week. I took so many photos that night that I thought I would share them over two posts with this one just being just of my outfit. I got these delightful floral print high waisted trousers from the girls over at New Look and not going to lie it felt like I was wearing PJ's. SO comfy, I have to be honest I was expecting them to be a little more narrow in the leg but I still like them all the same. I paired them with my new long cardigan from Primark and my brand new White Arizona Birkenstocks  from Cloggs. Ohmagawd guys these are ridiculously comfortable. I wasn't sure how I felt about them when the trend began but now I am firmly on Birkenstocks team. They arrived within a day of placing the order and although they took a day to get used to I pretty much haven't stopped wearing them since. What do you think of the Birkenstock thumbs up or down?
