Valentines Ideas

Valentines day is like Marmite, you either love it, or you hate it, some think its just a marketing ploy to get people to spend the money, others think it's a day where your significant other gets to dedicate a day to telling you how much they love you. Myself personally I have always been a fan, even before the days of Dan ( the bf ) I remember every year growing up from primary school, right through to the fist year of High School I would get a Valentines card. Every year it would be from my Nana, I knew it was her, even though she tried to never let on. I know that people say the holiday is for 'Lovers' (eeew hate that word) but it still meant a lot to me to know that I was loved by someone and I was always grateful for her taking the time to do something so lovely for me. Fast forward to now and I do have a significant other and he is the most perfect person in the world to me and if valentines day means an extra day to tell him I love him and treat him then I am all over it. I know you don't have to shower someone with gifts but I guess it's a nice way of saying I appreciate you. So in the spirit of that I thought I would put together some gift ideas.
